Location: BELSPO, Brussels, Belgium
Date: November 21-23, 2016

GAIA-Clim is a Horizon 2020 project that aims to improve our ability to use ground-based and sub-orbital observations to characterise satellite observations for a number of atmospheric ECVs. The key GAIA-CLIM outcomes will be a virtual observatory facility of co-locations and their uncertainties and a report on gaps in capabilities or understanding, which shall be used to inform subsequent Horizon 2020 program activities.
The meeting will be held on November 21-23, 2016 at Belspo, Brussels, Belgium.
The focus of the meeting shall be
- The review of the latest version of the Gaps Assessment and Impacts Document;
- Discussion about prioritisation from a user perspective and potential remedies;
- First hands-on testing of virtual observatory.
Further details including a preliminary agenda and local logistics will be made available after the deadline for registration of interest.
